For the fourth consecutive year, management and staff at CLA-VAL Canada in Beamsville have participated in a payroll deduction donation in support of the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre.

A cheque in the amount of $8,562.00 was presented to NPCC Foundation Executive Director Jim Marino by General Manger Derek Rankin, and Cla-Val Canada Employee Association Representative Lynn Nichols with all members of staff in attendance.

The employees raised $4,281.00 which was matched by the company for a total of $8,562.00 which is an increase of $412.00 over last year.

Several members of CLA-VAL staff have had relatives or friends who have benefited from services provided by the Centre and they all agreed it was an excellent cause to support.

CLA-VAL Canada produces the world’s highest quality automatic control valves that are used in waterworks distribution and fire protection systems.

The Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre provides therapy for more than 3,000 children with physical or communicative disabilities from all 12 municipalities in Regional Niagara.
