Change Crusaders are heroes who walk among us volunteering to help support the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre. Leaving no couch cushion unturned nor leaving any coins in any pockets, these Change Crusaders are seeking to make a change in the life of a child with spare change with a mission to raise donations from their coworkers, classmates, family and friends for the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre Foundation. 

Change Crusaders will be out in our community for the month of April leading up to Astral Media’s National Day of Caring for Kids (April 29,2010)!

Drop off your coins and donations!

Now you have used your Change Crusading powers for good and have searched the region high and low for spare change, what do you do with your money?

Drop off locations will be available for the month of April! Visit the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre, located at 567 Glenridge Avenue, St. Catharines, ON, L2T 4C2: betweem 9am-5pm Weekdays.

Or drop it off during the LIVE Astral Media’s National Day of Caring for Kids Radiothon broadcasting on Thursday April 29th at the Pen Centre, 221 Glendale Avenue, St.Catharines, ON, L2T 2K9; between 6am-6pm.

How do I drop-off my change? Drop off locations will be available from April 1st-29th.  Visit the Niagara Peninsual Children’s Centre, located at 567 Glenridge Ave., St. Catharines throughout the month of April.  OR a drop off can be made at the Pen Centre during live Astral Media’s National Day of Caring for Kids Radiothon broadcast on Thursday, April 29th from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What if I can’t drop-off my change on these dates and locations?  If you are unable to drop off your money at the above mentioned dates and locations, please drop off your money to : The Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre, located at 567 Glenridge Ave., St.Catharines during office hours bewteen 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Can I recieve a tax receipt for my Change Crusaders contributions? People who donate more than $15 and indicate that they would like a tax receipt on the Change Crusaders Pledge Form will be receipted.  Tax receipts will not be offered for coins dropped off by Change Crusaders.

Where will the money raised by Change Crusaders go?  The money raised for the Change Crusaders program will go towards supporting the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre Foundation to help each child achieve his or her own unique potential so that they can participate in all activities at home and in the community.
