Congratulations are in order to students and staff of the Niagara Catholic District School Board for their outstanding fundraising achievement in the sixth annual "Kids Helping Kids" campaign in support of the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre.

This year’s campaign raised $44,690 bringing the total over the eleven year period since the fundraising started to $454, 690.

The cheque presentation was made at the board’s regular meeting June 16.

The partnership the NCDSB and NPCC established eleven years ago has blossomed into one of the finest and most successful fundraising and educational programs any charity could hope for, and Niagara’s children with special needs have benefited greatly.
